Who processes the data

When you only read the site

The site runs on servers of Cloudflare. Every visit processes technical data without which the page cannot be delivered: IP address, time, page address and browser details. They serve to run the site and to protect it from attacks. We process them on the basis of our legitimate interest and do not use them to find out who you are.

The site has no forms and asks nothing of you. Fonts load from our own server, not from Google.

Cookies

Essential. The cookie cc_cookie remembers your cookie choice and lasts 6 months. The site does not work without it, so it cannot be switched off.

Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow them, Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited loads. We measure which pages people read, where they come from and how many of them click through to the e-shop, to improve the site. Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_… for two years and works with a pseudonymous identifier of your browser, not with your name. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not load at all.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. If you withdraw your consent, measuring stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.

The buy buttons lead to KrmivoProPsy.cz, our company’s e-shop. The links carry parameters that tell the e-shop you came from topstein.pet; they contain no personal data. The e-shop has its own privacy policy.

When you write to us or call

We use the data you send us (name, e-mail, phone, the content of your message) only to reply, and keep it as long as dealing with your request requires.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you we process, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object and to withdraw your consent. Just write to info@topstein.pet. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
